Lev’s United Kingdom and Ireland Practice Is Creating Customer Success

Over the last 18 months, Lev has put a significant focus on growing our footprint in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI). From a one-person team to multiple customers going live on Salesforce technology, we’re taking a deeper look at how Lev has been establishing a name for itself in the United Kingdom with customer wins, go lives, and events and what that means for our customers and Salesforce partners.

Our UK-based sales team has been out hustling and welcoming new customers to our practice  across several verticals and Marketing Cloud products. With some great customer wins under our belt, we aren’t slowing down —  we have more deals in the pipeline that will allow us to show off our unrivaled expertise in the emerging technology space of Interaction Studio, Datorama, and CDP.

All of those wins mean nothing if we can’t translate them to customer success. We’ve supported customers going live on new Salesforce technology across the SFMC suite, and, most recently, a FINS customer who was migrating 15 BUs to SFMC. After hands-on training with our team, they are now confidently running their email program out of Marketing Cloud. Despite most of Lev’s delivery team being based in the US, the time difference had no change on how the Lev team delivered exceptional work.

In October, the Lev team partnered with Salesforce’s UKI Retail, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality  team on a webinar to discuss the power of personalization and how it is a key component of delivering white-glove experiences to customers. Be on the lookout for more events in 2022 as Lev grows and partners even more closely with the Salesforce UKI teams.

Lev’s small but mighty UKI team has accomplished so much in the last 18 months and we have no plans on slowing down.
