3/1/21

Dreamforce 2021 is quickly upon us, and Salesforce will be delivering their three, jam-packed days of sessions via the newly-launched Salesforce+ streaming platform

Even though you can’t beat the hustle and bustle of an in-person Dreamforce (if you know, you know), I’m looking forward to experiencing Dreamforce alongside an even broader audience than ever before.

For those of you looking to glean some excellent marketing-focused takeaways from Dreamforce, these are the sessions I’m most excited about.

Day 1

Grow Moments into Relationships with Slack-First Marketing - As an avid Slack user, I’m eager to see the vision Salesforce has for the product and what it will mean for our customers’ marketing teams.

The Marketing Roadmap for Growing Relationships - The Marketing Cloud keynote is always one of my favorites, where we get to see the vision for how all the new SFMC technology is going to work together. Plus, you can usually count on great testimonials from real CMOs using Salesforce to drive their team’s strategy.

How to Use Salesforce CDP to Build Data-Driven Experiences - CDP made a big splash at Dreamforce 2020, and as our team seeks to be a leader in the CDP partner space, I’m excited to see the evolution of the product over the last year, as well as the roadmap for the future.

Day 2

Connected Experiences: Make Service a Companywide Effort - As a driving force behind the customer experience, this session should be great for marketers to learn more about “intelligent automation” and the customer experience.

Tapping into the Gold Medal Mindset - Salesforce always brings it in terms of celebrity and thought leadership sessions at their events. With Lev’s sports expertise and my particular enjoyment of the Tokyo Olympics this year, I’m looking forward to hearing from these amazing athletes.

Day 3

Building Loyalty at Scale in the New Age of Retail - The concept of loyalty is not specific to retail, but retailers tend to do it best. I think marketers across industries will be able to learn from this session and apply the concepts to their own audiences and customers.

The New Power Couple: AI and Growing Businesses - What a great title for a session, am I right? I’m interested to hear more about applying AI to our marketing interactions with Salesforce and thinking about what that might mean for our customers.

With all these great sessions, September 21-23 is going to be a fantastic few days of learning alongside our customers and partners. If you haven’t had a change to register for Dreamforce, make sure you do, here.
