Meet Your Consulting Partner's Key Stakeholders

Ensuring that your consulting partner is an extension of your team is the key to success. In the introductory blog, How to Make Your Consulting Partner an Extension of Your Team, our Salesforce Alliances Manager outlined the following steps to get you started:

  1. Invite your partner to participate in your marketing planning sessions.
  2. Help them understand your company culture and working style.
  3. Invite the team to use your tools.
  4. Communicate, communicate, communicate.
  5. Celebrate your successes together.

As a consulting partner, what makes Lev, Lev is our people. In order to accomplish these five steps, you’ll want to get to know the key stakeholders.

The Project Manager—or PM—at Lev is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of a project - which includes ensuring we are adhering to timeline and scope. They keep the team aligned and ensure that our partners are up-to-date on anything they need to know on the project status. The PM understands priorities in order to develop, manage, and continually refine the project plan.

As the point-person for the day-to-day success of the project your PM helps make communication decisions upfront and creates alignment on what tools and systems need to be used. The PM coordinates and invites the key stakeholders to the marketing planning sessions, including Account Directors and/or Strategic Consultants.

The Account Director—or AD— is the lead strategist and ensures our partners are gaining business value from their engagement with Lev. The Account Director works to understand the client's strategic needs, goals, and business objectives to lead, develop, and implement the identified account strategy with Lev’s Delivery Team.

Our Strategic and Creative Services Team is composed of specialized experts when it comes to marketing strategy and marketing technology. They help our customers think about their digital strategy and the best ways to execute their plans.

Our technical team plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of every engagement. Solution Architects —or SAs— provide both strategic and technical guidance, are knowledgeable of best practices - especially regarding any technical areas within Salesforce, and seek to build the best possible solutions for automation, workflows, documentation, and the delivery of all technical solutions.

As you embark on your own partner journey, we hope your team has the opportunity to see all of our talented Levsters in action and celebrate many successes together.
