2020: A Year in Review

It’s been *quite* a year. Like everyone, Lev has had to pivot, adapt, and navigate the new realities of a global pandemic. But, we—including our employees (aka Levsters), customers, and partners—rose to the occasion. Yes, it’s been a year full of challenges, but it was also a year filled with perseverance, resilience, and ultimately—growth.

Our customers (and marketers everywhere) have had to make major adjustments to their well-laid plans for the year. Whether it was rethinking an email calendar, or reshaping an entire go-to-market strategy— our customers showed extreme resilience. 

Because of the perseverance of our customers, our employees, and our partners, Lev was able to continue to overachieve on our goal—2020 was our best year in company history (again), including hitting a milestone of 200 employees. We are thankful to continue to grow at a rapid-pace and transform our business each year, and we are thankful to do it alongside the most incredible marketers and people out there. 

As we wrap up 2020, and look forward to 2021, we are sharing some of the highlights we have celebrated from this extraordinary (or anything-but-ordinary) year. 🎉


Cognizant Acquired Lev to Expand Digital Marketing Expertise

In March, it was announced that Cognizant acquired Lev to further expand their Salesforce practice.

Together, we will be able to address a broader array of business and technology challenges for our clients.”

Lev Appears on the Inc. 5000 List for the 4th Year in a Row                      

Lev ranked No. 2299 with four-year revenue growth of 183%, on the annual Inc. 5000 list — the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment. 



Lev Among First to Earn Audience Studio and Interaction Studio Accreditations

We were one of the first Salesforce partners to achieve accreditation for Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP) and Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage). The designations are further proof that Lev continues to be at the forefront of offering data and analytics solutions that enable their customers to achieve their business goals.

Lev Named Salesforce Impact Partner and Two Levsters Named Marketing Champions

This year we were named a Salesforce Impact Partner, and one of only seven partners globally to have achieved Master Navigator status for Marketing Cloud. Two Levsters, Brian Esham and Ben Briggs, were also named Marketing Cloud Champions for having a wealth of expertise in Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Datorama. 

Lev Sponsors JR Hildebrand’s Car at the Indy 500 

For the first time ever, Lev sponsored an Indycar driver! Lev co-sponsored veteran racer JR Hildebrand, along with Salesforce and a handful of others and cheered JR on to a 16th place finish. 

Lev Launches SubscriberX: An Integrated Marketing Solution for Subscriber Experience powered by Salesforce®

In November, we announced the launch of SubscriberX—an integrated solution powered by Salesforce that empowers marketers to grow their subscriber base, increase revenue, and drive customer loyalty.  

SubscriberX enables subscription-based companies, particularly in media and entertainment to connect with their customers across the customer lifecycle, drive personalization, and create meaningful customer experiences.

Lev Expands Globally with First Hire in the United Kingdom

In December 2020, we announced our expansion globally with their first hire in the United Kingdom. Chris Kessler joined Lev as Principal Consultant. 

“This expansion marks a major milestone for Lev,” Michael Burton, Lev’s chief executive officer said.  “Chris is the first of many UK hires we plan to make, and we are thrilled to have him open our UK office.”

Lev Announced its First-Ever Conference: Ultraviolet 

We were thrilled to announce we are hosting our first-ever conference on April 6-7! This two-day virtual conference will shine a light on digital marketing, featuring content that combines marketing strategy with top-notch technical expertise. We’ll be tapping into the incredible talent within Lev to share our technical skills, thought leadership, and best practices centered around the Salesforce platform and beyond.
