2019: A Year In Review
The end of the year (and moreso, the end of the decade) is always a great time for reflecting upon accomplishments, achievements, and lessons learned.
For Lev, our transformation over the last decade has been an incredible journey – with the bulk of the transformation occurring over just the last three years. We channeled our deep-rooted CRM expertise to evolve into the most influential marketing-focused Salesforce consultancy in the world, and we partner with some of the most incredible marketers spanning the globe to maximize their investments across the Salesforce platform.
In 2019, Lev achieved some key milestones that will set us on a path for another transformational decade and more exciting times ahead. Don’t worry though; we’ve made time to celebrate along the way, too! Before we officially focus on pursuing our 20/20 vision (we will always “Lev” a good pun here), let’s review some of what made 2019 so great for Lev.
We officially named Indianapolis as our new headquarters.
We moved into a brand new office in the Regions Tower, right across from the Salesforce Tower in downtown Indianapolis. Mayor Joe Hogsett came to celebrate with us, and commemorated it by declaring it as “Lev Day” in the city of Indianapolis. Read our full announcement here.
We launched a podcast about all things “Marketing Cloud.”
Podcast hosts Bobby Tichy and Cole Fisher combine strategy and deep technical expertise to share best practices, how-to’s, and real-life use cases and solutions for the world’s top brands using Salesforce today. Listen to In The Clouds.
We got Datorama-certified, and have been helping marketers own and understand their data ever since.
Lev is among a small number of partners that has achieved certification from Salesforce to provide Datorama-related services. With Datorama, customers, including brands and agencies, can understand the effectiveness of their marketing investments and optimize in real-time.
Since receiving our certification, we’ve completed several projects with Datorama – receiving a 10/10 on our most recent customer satisfaction survey. Read our announcement about it here, and learn more about our offerings.
We spent an incredible evening with many customers, partners, and friends at CNX.
We sent a large group of Levsters to Connections in Chicago this year, and “Lev”-ed being able to connect with so many customers, partners, and friends of Lev at our annual Happy Hour.
We made it onto the Inc. 5000 list for the third time!
We’ve experienced some extraordinary growth at Lev, and were proud to be recognized as an Inc. 5000 honoree again this year – coming in at #843 on the list this year. Read our full announcement here.
We launched our monthly newsletter, PlusSide.

Our rockstar teammates shared the stage with our customers at #DF19.
We had two Levsters on stage talking all things Lightning at #DF19 this year – Abbey Sullivan and Stephen Spencer. Abbey took the stage with our be-Lev-ed customer, Alana Galardo from Pacers Sports & Entertainment, to talk about three ways to get sales on your team when transitioning to Lightning. Our CEO, Michael, hammed it up at the office to celebrate some big wins.
We are so(w) thankful for our customers, and we never get boar-ed of getting great feedback from them in our customer satisfaction surveys. Piggy backing on receiving several fantastic survey responses from customers, our CEO, Michael Burton, hammed it up by spending a day in the office wearing his pig costume (from his father-son Halloween costume). We had the best year in company history (again).
Like we’ve said, Lev has grown tremendously over the last few years, and we capped off 2019 with our biggest quarter in company history and our biggest year yet. What a way to end an incredible year and to energize the team for another exciting year ahead.
…. Whew, that’s a lot of stuff – and quite frankly, it barely scratched the surface of the remarkable year we had at Lev. We didn’t even mention that our Talent team hosted our first webinar recruiting for #LevLife, that we launched our talent development program – Next Lev, or that we had our first-ever Summer Levin’ employee appreciation week, or any of the amazing projects we’ve worked on with our customers (well, we guess we just mentioned all of that now).
